Zahara Natural began manufacturing its products with a 1L stainless steel pot in 2018. A small team then created a natural liquid soap made from bidara leaves, under the brand name "Bidara Thaharah." Well-received by the community, Zahara Natural began to receive requests for other products.

It began with a personal story. The founder lived for years with sensitive skin and recurring
eczema, constantly searching for products that could bring comfort without causing
further irritation. Many products were tried, medical advice was sought, yet the feeling of
safety and ease remained elusive. From this quiet struggle grew a sincere desire:
to create personal care that is truly gentle, safe, and comforting for everyday use.
From this journey, Bidara Thaharah was born, a natural and halal care brand shaped by
genuine concern rather than trends. Each formulation is thoughtfully developed, carefully
balancing ingredients to suit sensitive skin, offering soothing results that can also be relied
upon for professional salon treatments.
This spirit of care extends through Zahara Natural. We support salons, beauty clinics,
and healthcare facilities by providing hair, body, and facial treatment products, as well
as aromatherapy in bulk quantities, specially designed for natural and eco-conscious
care needs. We also share knowledge through training that covers product understanding,
proper application, and product handling, because we believe that exceptional service is
created when the right products meet skilled and knowledgeable hands.
At the same time, we open opportunities for new care brands to grow through our contract
manufacturing services in personal care, aromatherapy, and perfumery.
