REQUIREMENTS FOR THE LETTER OF REFERENCE FOR OFFICE OF REPRESENTATIVE IN INDONESIA

1. Regulation of the Minister of Trade of The Republic of Indonesia Number 10/M-DAG/PER/3/2006 which has been amended by the Ministry of Trade Decree No. 28/M-DAG/PER/6/2010, and the regulation of the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia No. 01/M-DAG/PER/1/2012 concerning Provisions and Procedures for Issuing a Business License for a Foreign Company Representative Office.
2. Regulation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Number 16 of 2022 concerning the Sixth Amendment to the Decree of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Number SK.06/A/OT/VI/2004/01 of 2004 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia Abroad.

REQUIRE DOCUMENTS :

1. Letter of request to issue Letter of Reference for Representative Office in Indonesia to:

   Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the Kingdom of Thailand
   Attention to:
   Trade Attaché
   Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia
   600-602 Phetchaburi Road, Phayathai, Bangkok 10400

2. Letter of Intent
3. Letter of Statement
4. Letter of Appointment
5. Working Program
6. Company Registration Certificate from Department of Business Development (original document in Thai will be                   returned afterwards) with English translation
7. Copy of Passport/ID of the appointed Head of Representative Office in Indonesia

Notes:
Documents no. 2 – 6 must be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs prior to be legalized at the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia

Please submit the documents by hand to the office of the Trade Attaché of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Bangkok for issuing Letter of Reference for Representative Office at the Office of Trade Attaché and further be Legalized or stamped at the Consular Section, the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Bangkok.
