PT Pelita Alam Indonesia is an Indonesian corporation based in Makassar City, South Sulawesi Province. Our present focus is selling processed palm sugar and powdered red ginger juice, but we also sell Indonesian spices. To make our palm sugar more hygienic, it is made from carefully chosen raw ingredients and goes through multiple processing steps. Palm sugar has many antioxidants, helps preserve neuronal function, and is excellent for controlling blood sugar levels. We use carefully chosen red ginger to make our powdered ginger extract, which has a naturally sweet flavour from palm sugar. The benefit of red ginger is that it contains more essential oils than ordinary ginger. Red ginger can also boost immunity and increase pleasure during sexual activity, among other benefits.
